01.About the project
An international IT recruitment agency helping companies find top global tech talent — and tech professionals land jobs in international companies. The website had to speak to both B2B clients and candidates, showing credibility, scale, and clarity from the first scroll.
02.Strategy
We addressed both audiences’ pains: companies need speed and clarity, candidates seek global opportunities. The visual tone had to be strict but engaging.
03.Process
Built a 3D globe, custom auto-slider with a progress bar, and a 10-color palette inspired by highlighter tones. Also created a logo and full brandbook.
