01.About the project

The EFA platform turns recovery from abuse into a "Recovery Quest." We replaced boring PDFs with 18 storylines, 6,000 questions, and AI support. It’s not just "therapy"; it’s an interactive journey toward healing, right in your pocket.

02.Strategy

We bet on gamification and OpenAI. We split the monetization: subscriptions for Web and "ad-unlocks" for Mobile. We designed a caching architecture for AI translations, significantly cutting down on server costs for the client.

03.Process

We designed and animated 6 character guides. We built a microservices-based architecture and integrated a deep onboarding quiz that funnels users into one of 18 paths. We also implemented strict US/EU data protection protocols (GDPR/CCPA).

04.Result

A polished MVP where users "play" to heal. AI provides personalized tips, animated characters offer support, and a custom admin panel lets the client manage this entire digital ecosystem without writing a single line of code.
