WAHA Marketplace

01.About the project

We developed the high-load Waha marketplace for the UAE market "turnkey." It is a C2C and B2C platform where businesses and private individuals sell goods, real estate, cars, and services.

02.The Task

Problem: Competitors have complex ad submission and lack trust, which reduces the number of transactions. Solution: Maximally simplify the User Flow with a step-by-step submission process. Mandatory Arabic (RTL) support for full market coverage.

03.The Solution

We conducted a full cycle: from market analysis to launching the finished product. We created a design system, which accelerates the addition of new sections. We developed an adaptive front-end and the entire back-end logic.

04.The Result

The client received a launch-ready, scalable business tool. The well-thought-out UX reduces support costs, and the simple interface motivates users to post ads more often (UGC), filling the platform with content.
